CTAA Refund Policy
Spring
A full refund of a child's registration fee will be given to anyone who notifies the registrar, the player's manager, or a member of the CTAA board of directors by April 1st. After April 1 and up to April 15th, a $10 processing fee will be assessed per family. After April 15th no refund will be given except for the reasons listed below: ***Please note! A $5 fee on top of the fees shown above will be charged on all refunds for online registrations. This is due to the fees we are charged by the online provider.
If a child is injured prior to or within 7 days of the start of the league’s season the child is registered in, and is unable to play the rest of the spring season. A determination as to the amount of the refund to be given will be calculated by the board of directors. A note from the child's physician may be required to obtain the refund.
Extenuating circumstances that the CTAA board of directors determines to be just cause for a partial or full refund.
In all cases when a refund is requested after April 15 a written request must be submitted to the CTAA Board of directors outlining the reasons for the refund request.
Fall Ball
For children registered for fall ball a full refund will be given if the registrar, the player's manager, or a member of the board of directors is notified by the family by August 24. Afterward and up to September 4th, a $10 processing fee per family will be assessed. After September 4 no refund will be granted except for the following circumstances.
If a child is injured prior to or within 7 days of the start of the league's season the child is registered in, and is unable to play the rest of the spring season.
